The foundation has instituted a financial assistance scheme of Rs. 25,000/- to artists, who have made commendable contribution in the filed of theatre or film and who are at present unable to perform due to ill health or old age. Last year assistance was given to Sri. M.K Arjunan, celebrated music director.

The foundation organizes seminars and symposia regularly on socio-cultural issues and topics. Veterans like M.T Vasudevan Nair, Prof. M.N Vijayan, M.K Sanoo Master, K.T Mohamed, Padma Subrahmanian, Bharathi Sivaji have been part of these on several occasions.

Recently the foundation has accomplished one of its main objectives - to get all literary works of P.J Antony reprinted. The foundation has also started publishing a journal on Cinema and Drama entitled CHAMAYAM. The foundation has been quite successful in presenting two dramas, one written by P.J Antony and the other a play on the life of P.J Antony, which are very well received by theatre enthusiasts all across the state.

The foundation is very earnest in continuing with the financial assistance scheme to artists. The foundation would also like to continue with the publishing of CHAMAYAM on a by-monthly basis. Publishing all unpublished works of P.J Antony, conducting a National Campus Video Festival, organising an International Film Festival are some of the immediate future plans of the organization. Strengthening the charitable activities of the Foundation in association with Local Self Government Institutions and Non Government Organisations are the other immediate priority of the Foundation. A new initiative to revive the Malayalam Drama is an ambitious task and challenge that lie ahead for the foundation in the immediate future.
